Careers
Build more than projects. Build your career.
Work with experienced engineers and project teams on live construction sites, take real responsibility early and gain practical exposure across different project conditions.
Why work with us
A place where engineers are given real work, and real support.
We hire people who want direct ownership of construction outcomes rather than distance from them — and we build the training, safety and progression structure that makes that sustainable over a career, not just a contract.
Challenging & Meaningful Projects
Work across civil, structural, institutional, commercial and other construction projects, each bringing different site conditions and execution requirements.
Responsibility as You Grow
Team members are encouraged to take greater ownership as they develop experience, demonstrate capability and understand project requirements.
Collaborative Culture
Our site and office teams work closely across planning, execution, quality and coordination to solve practical project challenges together.
Safety-First Workplace
Safe working practices, appropriate PPE and responsible site conduct form an essential part of how our projects are executed.
Practical Engineering Approach
We combine technical knowledge, established construction practices and appropriate project tools to plan and execute work effectively on site.
Opportunity to Grow
Working across different projects gives team members opportunities to broaden their experience, take on greater responsibility and develop with the organisation.
LIFE AT S. R, INFRASTRUCTURE
Site culture built on competence, candour and respect.
Our projects run on small, capable teams who talk to each other. Planning sits beside execution, quality sits beside both, and problems are raised early because raising them is rewarded rather than punished.
We hold a single standard of professional ethics across every site — in how we measure work, how we bill it, how we treat subcontractor crews and how we report progress to clients. Nobody is asked to compromise on that to hit a date.
We recruit and promote on capability alone. Engineers lead work fronts, quality functions and planning cells across our projects, and site welfare standards are held to the same audited benchmark at every location.
Continuous improvement is deliberate: every project closes with a lessons-learned review, and what we learn is carried into the next mobilisation rather than filed.
