How soon will I receive a response?

We generally respond to enquiries within 1–2 working days. Project and tender enquiries may take slightly longer where an initial review of drawings, BOQ or scope documents is required.

What types of projects do you undertake?

We undertake civil construction, structural works, finishing, interiors and fit-outs, MEP works, external development and other associated works across government, institutional, commercial, industrial and hospitality projects. Engagements may be executed as item-rate, lump-sum, turnkey or design-and-build contracts depending on the project.

Can I submit tender documents online?

Yes. Tender invitations, BOQs, drawings and related documents can be submitted through the Tender & Vendor Documents section above. For large document sets, our team can coordinate the most suitable method of submission.

Do you work outside your primary region?

Yes. While a significant part of our work has been undertaken across Delhi NCR and Uttarakhand, we evaluate projects in other locations based on project scope, value, duration and execution requirements.
