Scope of work

Construction of a recreation club for the neighbouring Anant Raj/Birla township, encompassing civil, structural, finishing, interior and hardscape works.

Our approach

First project in the hospitality segment features a distinctive circular building with ceiling heights extending up to nine metres. The complex geometry required specialized shuttering and careful execution of the high-level roof slab, while G.R.A.P. restrictions across NCR further affected labour availability and construction planning.

The outcome

Despite technical complexities, resource constraints and associated cost pressures, our team effectively mobilized manpower and resources to maintain execution momentum. Specialized planning enabled the circular structure and elevated roof slab to be executed successfully, demonstrating our ability to adapt construction methodologies and deliver architecturally demanding projects under challenging operating conditions.
