Scope of work
Construction of three four-storey, 120-men barrack buildings, including civil, structural, finishing, plumbing, sanitary, electrical, and associated external development works.
Our approach
Execution was planned around the challenges of a mountainous site, with careful sequencing of structural and finishing activities across multiple buildings. Material movement and workforce deployment were closely coordinated to address restricted access, changing weather conditions, and labour availability. Particular attention was given to soil retention, drainage, slope conditions, and the integration of civil works with plumbing, sanitary, and electrical services to maintain steady progress and site functionality.
The outcome
The project delivered functional multi-storey accommodation infrastructure for ITBP personnel while demonstrating coordinated execution under demanding hill-site and logistical conditions.
