Scope of work

Execution of industrial civil and structural works, including 30,000 sq. ft. mezzanine floors, composite steel-concrete structures, storm-water networks, UGRs, ETP works, office interiors, and loading/unloading docks.

Our approach

With manufacturing operations continuing throughout execution, work was carefully phased to minimise disruption to production. Activities were scheduled across extended and night shifts to meet restricted timelines while maintaining coordination with plant operations. Dust control, housekeeping, debris management, and safe movement of materials were treated as critical requirements within the operational facility. Structural, drainage, utility, and interior works were executed with close attention to quality and the stringent cleanliness standards expected in a large manufacturing environment.

The outcome

Multiple infrastructure and facility upgrades were completed within an operating manufacturing unit, supporting improved production, logistics, utilities, and workplace functionality with minimal operational disruption.
