Scope of work

Turnkey construction of 32 residential flats, encompassing RCC structural works, architectural finishes, interiors, plumbing, sanitary services, and associated external development works.

Our approach

The project was undertaken on a turnkey basis, requiring coordinated management of the complete construction cycle from structural execution through finishing and final development. RCC works were systematically integrated with masonry, internal finishes, plumbing, sanitary installations, and interior works. Close coordination between civil and service activities helped maintain consistency across multiple residential units, while external development was sequenced alongside building completion to ensure that both the residential blocks and supporting areas progressed as an integrated development.

The outcome

The project delivered 32 completed residential units with integrated services, interiors, finishes, and external works, demonstrating coordinated end-to-end execution under a turnkey construction model.
