Scope of work

Comprehensive external development and hardscape works, including internal roads, boundary walls, piling, swimming pool civil works, steel structures, pergolas, pavers, stonework, tiling, and associated site infrastructure.

Our approach

Execution involved coordinating diverse civil, structural, and architectural elements across the development while maintaining consistency in levels, finishes, and interfaces between landscaped and built areas. Particular attention was given to road formation, piling and foundations, boundary structures, and swimming pool works, alongside precision installation of pavers, stone, and tiles. Steel structures and pergolas were integrated with the surrounding hardscape through planned sequencing and close coordination between structural and finishing activities.

The outcome

The works created functional and well-integrated external spaces, combining circulation, recreational areas, boundary infrastructure, structural features, and architectural hardscape finishes across the residential development.
