Scope of work

External development and hardscape works across Godrej Parklane, Windsor and Suites, including roads, swimming pools, drainage, stonework, tiles, pavers, sports flooring, stamped concrete, and fencing.

Our approach

Works were executed across multiple developments within Godrej Golflinks, requiring coordinated planning of roads, recreational areas, drainage, and architectural hardscape. Particular attention was given to maintaining levels, slopes, and interfaces between different surface finishes for effective drainage and consistent execution. Swimming pool works, sports flooring, stamped concrete, pavers, stone and tile finishes, and chain-link fencing were sequenced alongside road and infrastructure works to maintain quality across varied external areas.

The outcome

The project delivered integrated external infrastructure and finished outdoor spaces across three residential developments, supporting circulation, recreation, drainage, security, and the overall functionality of the developments.
