Scope of work

Comprehensive external development and civil works for a 35-acre plotted township, including roads, hardscape, drainage, sewerage networks, STP, UGR, utility infrastructure, ancillary structures, and architectural finishes.

Our approach

Execution focused on coordinating multiple infrastructure systems across a large township site, including internal roads, pathways, paved areas, kerbs, drains, utility trenches, chambers, and underground services. The STP and UGR involved deep excavation of approximately 10 metres, requiring careful sequencing, structural execution, and waterproofing. Civil, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, and finishing works were integrated with external development activities while maintaining quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings and technical specifications.

The outcome

The project established essential township infrastructure and external development across 35 acres, combining roads, utilities, water-management systems, and supporting civil works into a coordinated development framework.
