Scope of work

Execution of external development, boundary wall, and hardscape works, including paved areas, pathways, site circulation, drainage interfaces, landscape-edge treatments, and associated external civil works.

Our approach

The works were planned to integrate functional external infrastructure with the architectural character of the residential development. Execution involved careful coordination of boundary structures, hardscape surfaces, pathways, paved areas, levels, slopes, and interfaces with landscaped zones and building edges. Particular attention was given to surface preparation, alignment, finishing quality, and effective drainage across external areas, while sequencing activities alongside other ongoing development works to maintain access and minimise interference between trades.

The outcome

The works contributed to well-defined and functional external spaces, providing durable site boundaries, organised pedestrian and vehicular areas, and coordinated hardscape across the residential development.
