Scope of work

External development and hardscape works across a 15-acre residential development, including boundary walls, roads, pavers, stone and tile finishes, steel structures, sports flooring, gates, and recreational features.

Our approach

Execution involved coordinating a wide range of functional and architectural elements across the development, with careful control of levels, surface finishes, drainage interfaces, and circulation areas. Works included ACP-clad and steel structures, guard rooms, entrance gates, gazebos, sports surfaces, garden furniture, and children’s play areas alongside roads and paved zones. Activities were sequenced with landscape, and other site works to achieve consistent detailing and integration between residential, recreational, security, and external infrastructure areas.

The outcome

The works delivered coordinated external spaces across the 15-acre development, integrating roads, security infrastructure, recreation, hardscape, and architectural features into a functional residential environment.
