Scope of work

Construction of a degree college building, including civil and structural works, finishes, interiors, plumbing, sanitary services, furniture, boundary wall, hardscape, and external development works.

Our approach

The project was executed as a comprehensive institutional development, coordinating structural construction with architectural finishes, interiors, and building services. Civil works were systematically integrated with plumbing and sanitary installations, while furniture and interior works were planned around the functional requirements of academic and administrative spaces. External development, hardscape, circulation areas, and boundary works were executed alongside building completion to create a coordinated campus environment with emphasis on durability, functionality, and consistent finishing across internal and external areas.

The outcome

The project delivered an integrated educational facility with completed academic spaces, services, furniture, site infrastructure, and external areas, providing a functional environment for higher education.
