Scope of work

Civil and structural construction of a G+5 school building block, comprising RCC framed structure, foundations, slabs, beams, columns, masonry, and associated structural works.

Our approach

Execution was planned around the structural requirements of a multi-storey institutional building, with emphasis on accurate setting-out, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and maintaining floor-to-floor alignment. Construction sequencing supported repetitive structural cycles across six levels while coordinating masonry and associated civil activities. Particular attention was given to dimensional accuracy, concrete quality, structural interfaces, and areas intended for classrooms, circulation, staircases, and common facilities, ensuring the building framework supported the functional requirements of an educational facility

The outcome

A robust multi-storey structural framework was delivered for the school block, providing the foundation for functional academic, circulation, and supporting spaces within the development.
