Scope of work

Construction of a multipurpose office complex, comprising a basement and eight storeys with comprehensive civil, structural, interior and development works.

Our approach

Rising approximately 30 metres, the multi-storey complex involved coordinated execution of structural, finishing, plumbing, sanitary, underground reservoir, road, hardscape and external development works. The project demanded careful integration of diverse construction disciplines to create a functional and enduring institutional facility for the state police administration.

The outcome

Distinctive teakwood railings, reflecting Uttarakhand’s regional architectural character, were incorporated as a prominent design element. Material selection and detailing considered Dehradun’s humid conditions and intense monsoon season, balancing durability with aesthetics. The project demonstrates our capability to execute large-scale, multi-disciplinary institutional buildings with attention to both functionality and architectural identity.
