Kendriya Vidyalya

Scope of work

Construction of a Kendriya Vidyalaya school building and staff residential quarters, including civil, structural, finishing, interiors, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, firefighting and site development works.

Our approach

Located in the steep and geologically sensitive Himalayan terrain, the project required extensive excavation and construction across varying levels. Significant retaining structures were built to stabilize slopes and support development, while restricted access and difficult transportation conditions demanded careful planning, coordination and execution throughout the construction lifecycle.

The outcome

Our team successfully mobilized resources in demanding mountain conditions and managed thousands of cubic metres of excavated material, coordinated for reuse in nearby ITBP site development. The project, our largest undertaking to date, is now nearing completion and handover—marking a significant milestone in S. R. Infrastructure’s execution capabilities.
