Scope of work

Civil and finishing works for a G+10 EWS residential block, along with civil and structural construction of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and associated works.

Our approach

The project combined multi-storey residential construction with technically demanding STP works. Execution of the EWS block involved coordinated RCC, masonry, and finishing activities across eleven levels. STP construction required particular attention due to high groundwater conditions encountered during excavation. Continuous dewatering was planned using multiple bore points to control water ingress and maintain workable excavation conditions, enabling foundation, structural, and waterproofing activities to proceed safely while maintaining the required construction sequence and quality.

The outcome

The project delivered the G+10 residential block and supporting STP infrastructure while successfully managing challenging groundwater conditions during below-ground construction.
